Eight Lakes Beach Club is a modern recreation center with a pool in Almaty, offering comfortable leisure for the whole family. The complex spans 20,000 sq.m and can accommodate up to 2000 guests, providing spacious recreation areas with a pool in Almaty and developed infrastructure.

Weekdays (Mon-Fri) adult ticket – 12,000 KZT.
Children’s ticket (3 to 12 years old) – 10,000 KZT.
Weekends (Sat-Sun), public holidays: Adult ticket – 15,000 KZT. Children’s ticket (3 to 12 years old) – 12,000 KZT.
Children under 3 years old are free, accompanied by an adult (no more than 2 children without a locker)

These Rules regulate the conduct of guests on the territory of the Beach Club and supplement the General Rules of Conduct on the Complex’s territory.

1.1. Beach Club guests are personally responsible for their health and the health of those accompanying them while on the Beach Club premises.
1.2. Children under 18 years of age are allowed into the Beach Club only when accompanied by their parents and/or other legal adult representatives, and must remain under their constant supervision. Persons responsible for children are liable for their safety, as well as for any damage caused by them to the Complex and/or third parties.
Children up to 3 years old inclusive enter the Beach Club free of charge when accompanied by an adult parent.
1.3. The bracelet with a key and contactless reader is the property of the Beach Club and serves as an admission ticket to the Beach Club territory for using the pool services.
1.4. Guests are obliged to strictly observe the requirements of the lifeguard instructors and these Rules.
1.5. Children under 16 years of age must wear life jackets in the pool.
1.6. Guests are obliged to take a shower before visiting the Beach Club pools.
1.7. Guests must have a towel and flip-flops with them.
1.8. Guests must wear swimwear.
1.9. Guests are obliged to behave appropriately and not disturb other guests at the Beach Club.
1.10. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to enter the pool in outerwear, T-shirts, trousers, shorts, swimwear with belts, rivets, buckles, or metal decorations.
1.11. Guests with poor health, taking medication, or under medical supervision should inform the Beach Club staff in advance and, if possible, refrain from visiting the Beach Club.
1.12. The administration is not responsible for valuables left in the changing room and lockers for clothes storage, as well as for property lost by guests on the Beach Club territory.
1.13. In case of loss of a bracelet, its owner must pay a fine of the established amount. All fines are paid at the Beach Club’s cash desk. The amount of the fine is clarified by the guest with the Beach Club staff.
1.14. In case of material damage to the Beach Club, the guest is obliged to compensate for this damage in full.
1.15. Entry into and exit from the water must be carried out only in designated areas.
1.16. Beach Club guests are prohibited from walking barefoot on the Beach Club territory.
1.17. Beach Club guests are strictly prohibited from entering the pool water with substances applied to their bodies that replace special tanning creams and/or creams for direct sun protection.
Such substances include, in particular: ayran, sour cream, and other polluting and non-sun protection substances.
Tanning cream and direct sun protection cream are not considered such substances.
If a guest enters the water with polluting substances applied to their body, as defined by the provisions of the first paragraph of this clause, the Beach Club administration will refuse service to such a guest on the Beach Club territory without refunding the money paid by the guest upon entry to the Club.
1.18. Violation of these rules by a guest or an attempt to hinder the rest of other guests will result in the removal of the offending party from the Beach Club without a refund.

1.12 The administration is not responsible for valuables left in the cloakroom and lockers for clothes storage, as well as for property lost by Guests on the Beach Club territory.

1.17 Beach Club Guests are strictly prohibited from entering the pool water with substances applied to their bodies that replace special tanning creams and/or creams for direct sun protection: such substances include, in particular: kefirs, ayran, sour cream, and other polluting substances not intended for tanning.
If a Guest enters the water with polluting substances applied to their body, as defined by the provisions of the first paragraph of this clause, the Beach Club Administration will refuse service to such a Guest on the Beach Club territory without refunding the money paid by the Guest upon entry to the Club.
1.18 Violation of these rules by a Guest or an attempt to hinder the rest of other guests will result in the removal of the offending party from the Beach Club without a refund.
- 2.1. Being on the territory of the Beach Club pools in a state of alcoholic, toxic, and/or drug intoxication.
2.2. Chewing gum in the pool while swimming is prohibited, as it is dangerous for your health.
2.3. Persons who cannot swim are prohibited from entering the pool without life jackets or other rescue equipment.
2.4. Guests with cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases are prohibited from abruptly entering the pool water.
2.5. Visiting the Beach Club in the presence of skin diseases.
2.6. Leaving children unattended in the Beach Club areas and pools.
2.7. The administration is not responsible for unattended children.
2.8. Smoking in all areas of the Beach Club, except for specially designated areas.
2.9. Consuming food and drinks in areas not specifically designated for this purpose, including in the water of the Beach Club pools.
2.10. Entering the Beach Club pools with items (glasses, watches, hairpins, bracelets, etc.) that may cause physical harm to other Beach Club visitors.
2.11. Bringing personal inflatable rings and other swimming aids into the Beach Club that may disturb other visitors.
2.12. Jumping into the pool and diving.
2.13. Jumping into pools from bridges and railings.
2.14. Being in the swimming area in inappropriate clothing. The term “inappropriate clothing” includes, but is not limited to: underwear, transparent swimsuits or briefs, absence of part of a swimsuit, outerwear with long and flowing ends, diving equipment, saris, skirts, pareos, knitted beach pareos, tunics, etc.
In case of violation of the established requirement, Beach Club staff may ask you to change clothes or leave the swimming area.
2.15. Bringing broken items to the poolside.
2.16. Bringing alcoholic beverages (including low-alcohol beverages) and food products onto the Beach Club territory.
2.17. We inform you that non-compliance with the prohibitions and requirements established in these Rules, as well as the general rules of conduct on the Complex’s territory, gives the Administration the right to prematurely terminate your visit to the Beach Club and the entire Complex.
2.18. Any violation of the prohibitions, requirements, and instructions established by these Rules releases the Complex administration from any responsibility and will be regarded by the Complex as deliberate actions by the person to violate the established rules.
2.19. The guest hereby agrees that in case of adverse weather conditions (rain, strong, gusty winds, etc.), the Complex staff are obliged to close all sun umbrellas located on the Beach Club territory to prevent harm to the guest’s health. The guest has no right to hinder the Complex staff from closing the umbrellas.
2.20. The actual entry of a guest onto the Beach Club territory signifies that the guest has carefully reviewed the current rules, understood the meaning and significance of the requirements and prohibitions applicable on the Beach Club territory, fully agrees with them, and undertakes to strictly observe them.
- Being on the territory of the Beach Club pools in a state of alcoholic, toxic, and/or drug intoxication.
- Chewing gum in the pool while swimming is prohibited, as it is dangerous for your health.
- Being in the pool bowl for persons who cannot swim, without life jackets or other rescue equipment.
- Abruptly entering the pool water for guests with cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases.
- Visiting the Beach Club in the presence of skin diseases.
- Leaving children unattended in the Beach Club areas and pools.
- The administration is not responsible for unattended children.
- Smoking throughout the Beach Club territory, except for specially designated areas. Tobacco products include Vape products, cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, hookahs, Iqos products, various electronic cigarettes, and so on.
- Consuming food and drinks in areas not specifically designated for this purpose, including in the water of the Beach Club pools.
- Being in the Beach Club pools with items (glasses, watches, hairpins, bracelets, etc.) that may cause physical harm to other Beach Club visitors.
- Bringing personal inflatable rings and other swimming aids into the Beach Club that may disturb other visitors: the size of inflatable items (rings, flamingos, swans, etc.) must not exceed 90 cm in outer diameter.
- Jumping and diving into the pool, performing acrobatic elements from the pool sides and in the pool bowl. Pushing, throwing each other up in the pool bowl.
- Jumping into pools from bridges and railings.
- Being in the swimming area in inappropriate clothing. The term “inappropriate clothing” includes, but is not limited to: underwear, transparent swimsuits or briefs, absence of part of a swimsuit, outerwear with long and flowing ends, diving equipment, saris, skirts, pareos, knitted beach pareos, tunics, and so on.
In case of violation of the established requirement, Beach Club staff may ask you to change clothes or leave the swimming area.

Bringing alcoholic beverages (including low-alcohol beverages) and food products onto the Beach Club territory.
Leaving hair loose while in the water. Hair must be tied up.
- We inform you that non-compliance with the prohibitions and requirements established in these Rules, as well as the General Rules of Conduct on the Complex’s territory, gives the Administration the right to prematurely terminate your visit to the Beach Club and the entire Complex.
Any violation of the prohibitions, requirements, and instructions established by these Rules releases the Complex administration from any responsibility and will be regarded by the Complex as deliberate actions by the person to violate the established rules.
The Guest is hereby informed and agrees that in case of adverse weather conditions (rain, strong, gusty winds, etc.), the Complex staff are obliged, to prevent harm to the Guest’s health, to close all sun umbrellas located on the Beach Club territory. The Guest has no right to hinder the Complex staff from closing the umbrellas.
The actual entry of a Guest onto the Beach Club territory signifies that the Guest has carefully reviewed the current Rules, understood the meaning and significance of the requirements and prohibitions applicable on the Beach Club territory, fully agrees with them, and undertakes to strictly observe them.
