Cancellation Policy
Room Service orders (cottage service) are accepted for amounts starting from 10,000 KZT.
Cancellation policy: Any changes or cancellations to the agreed volume of booked cottages must be communicated in writing to booking@8ozer.kz
Cancellation fees for individual clients depend on the cancellation period remaining before the stated arrival date: cancellation within 24 hours before the actual cottage arrival date incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation cost for 1 night.
Cancellation within 48 hours before the actual cottage arrival date incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation cost for 1 night. Cancellation 3 or more days before the actual cottage arrival date will result in a 100% refund of the paid amount. If the booking is not guaranteed by bank card (or payment has not been made) within 2 hours after booking, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

1.1 These Hotel Accommodation Rules (hereinafter – the rules) apply to persons (guests) staying at the hotel.
1.2 The hotel is intended for temporary accommodation of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign nationals.
1.3 The hotel operates 24 hours a day.
1.4 Key terms used in this document:
– “Hotel” – specialized premises intended for temporary accommodation of persons staying at the hotel.
– “Client” – an individual or legal entity that has entered into an accommodation agreement with the hotel and is responsible for payment of such accommodation.
– “Guest” – an individual who intends to stay and/or is staying at the hotel.
– “Visitor (outside/related person)” – a person not staying at the hotel but having the right to be on hotel premises from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The “Guest” must register the “visitor” at the reception desk and complete a special form with the “visitor’s” valid identification document (ID card, passport) required.
– “Price List” – a systematized list of accommodation services and additional hotel services with prices, brief descriptions of room types and services provided.
– “Booking” – an action ensuring reservation of a specific hotel room, confirming the right to check-in on agreed dates.
2.1. A room booking is considered confirmed after the Client receives written booking confirmation on the hotel’s official letterhead.
2.2 A booking request must contain the following information:
– guest’s surname and first name;
– guest’s arrival and departure date and time;
– type and number of rooms required;
– number of adults, – number of children, their age;
– country of which the guest is a citizen;
2.3. If the guest fails to provide the information specified in clause 2.3 of these rules, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest (group of guests) confirmation of the booking request.
2.4. The Hotel confirms the guest’s booking request only if rooms of the requested category are available at the hotel.
2.5. From the moment the hotel confirms the booking request and sends it to the guest, the room specified in the confirmed request is considered preliminarily booked.
2.6. A room is considered guaranteed booked when prepayment is received in the hotel’s bank account or cash desk within 2 hours after booking.
2.7. Guaranteed booking is considered when the guest makes prepayment for hotel services according to the issued invoice.
2.8. Guaranteed room booking confirmed by the hotel is held for the guest until 12:00 PM the day following the Guest’s arrival day. Payment for the first night of accommodation is charged in full, regardless of the Guest’s arrival time.
2.9. Any other cases of guest booking of hotel services are considered non-guaranteed. Hotel management reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed bookings if necessary. The booking validity expires at 2:00 PM on the arrival day, unless a different arrival time is specified in the booking request.
2.10. Without payment for early booking, accommodation is not guaranteed.
3.1 Guest check-in is performed from 2:00 PM local time on the arrival day agreed upon by the parties in the booking confirmation.
3.2 Check-out time – 12:00 PM local time.
3.3 For actual early check-in from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, accommodation is charged at 50% of the room rate per day. If a cottage is booked with early check-in for a future date, the full daily rate is charged according to the current tariff. Check-in before 7:00 AM is charged at 100% of the room rate per day.
3.4 Guest check-out after 12:00 PM is considered late. Late check-out incurs a charge of 100% of the daily rate.
3.5 The hotel services agreement expires at 12:00 PM on the Guest’s departure day.
3.6 Upon arrival, the Guest presents the hotel administrator with the hotel room confirmation provided by the hotel.
3.7 The administration ensures the client’s accommodation at the hotel only during the paid period. A client wishing to extend their stay at the hotel must inform the hotel administrator no later than 12 hours before the end of the accommodation period. If the room is booked by other persons, the client may be offered another room (subject to availability).
4.1. Payment for accommodation is made per hotel day according to the hotel’s price list.
4.2. Final payment for accommodation is made upon Guest check-in.
4.3. At our hotel you can pay by cash or credit cards:

4.4. In accordance with Article 282 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 1, 2002, payment for all services is made in the national currency – tenge. Non-cash payment can be made in tenge, US dollars, Euros, or Russian rubles.
5.1. To ensure order and guest safety at the hotel, the following is prohibited:
– staying in rooms beyond the specified time without coordination with administration;
– unauthorized check-out is grounds for termination of the accommodation agreement;
– leaving unauthorized persons in the room in one’s absence;
– giving the key and guest card to unauthorized persons;
– storing bulky items, flammable, explosive, toxic, narcotic materials and substances in the room;
– smoking in the room, hotel lobbies and corridors; – using heating appliances if not provided in the hotel room.
– moving or removing furniture and bedding from the room;
– consuming alcoholic beverages on hotel premises;
– hanging items in hotel lobbies and corridors;
– being in service, utility, and other premises without hotel administration permission;
– leaving minors unattended;
– disturbing the peace of guests staying in neighboring rooms;
– accommodating pets at the hotel.
6.1. Persons staying at the hotel have the right to:
– use the hotel room according to standard provision norms (furniture, bedding, and other inventory); – demand timely elimination of deficiencies in housing and domestic services;
– terminate the hotel services agreement early by paying the hotel administration an amount proportional to the hotel services provided.
6.2. Hotel administration reserves the right to:
– refuse to provide services to a person who raises doubts or has repeatedly violated Hotel rules;
– evict citizens violating the requirements of these Rules from Hotel premises at any time without refund of money paid for services.
– The Hotel has the right to terminate the hotel services agreement unilaterally or refuse to extend the accommodation period in case of guest violation of accommodation procedures, late payment for hotel services, or material damage caused by the guest to the hotel.
– Hotel administration reserves the right to visit the room without coordination with the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of guest violation of accommodation rules, public order, or rules for using household appliances.
6.3. Persons staying at the hotel are obliged to:
– when leaving the room, close water taps, windows, turn off lights, TV, and electrical equipment;
– observe fire safety rules and rules for using electrical appliances in the room.
– refrain from profanity and offensive harassment of other Guests and Resort staff.
– treat hotel property with respect, including rental equipment provided to the Guest temporarily.
– not violate public order established and protected by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
– at the first request of the Resort Administration, cease unlawful behavior; otherwise, the Guest will be escorted out by security, and their stay on hotel premises will be terminated early.
– compensate for damage in case of loss, damage, or deterioration of hotel property. Assessment of damage is based on the hotel’s property damage price list;
– pay timely and in full for all additional services provided by the hotel.
6.4. Hotel staff is obliged to:
– For the convenience and safety of clients, hotel staff is obliged to briefly instruct the Guest on basic hotel rules, how to use the room and room equipment, the prohibition of alcoholic beverages, and the smoking ban.
6.5. The Hotel is not liable to the Guest for harm caused to the Guest’s life and/or health as a result of the Guest’s violation of Special and/or General Rules established on Resort premises.
6.6. The Hotel is not responsible for the safety of the Guest’s belongings, except in cases where the Hotel Administration accepts the Guest’s belongings for safekeeping under signature.
6.7. The Guest independently bears the risks of adverse consequences caused by violation of Special and/or General Rules in effect on Country Club premises.
6.8. Hotel Administration has the right to refuse service to a Guest without stating reasons.
