Dear guests, in this section we would like to introduce you to an exciting activity where you can spend quality time with family or friends. Ice skating will bring you plenty of positive emotions.
An ice rink with a total area of approximately 2,400 sq.m is open for you, located in the parking lot opposite the Bambola multi-brand store.

1.1. “Eight Lakes” Country Club offers you an ice rink. Before visiting the ice rink, you should carefully familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations established on the ice rink premises, compliance with which is a mandatory condition for visiting the rink.
1.2. Please be informed that video surveillance is in operation on the ice rink premises.
1.3. Please be informed that these Rules have been developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and supplement the provisions of Chapter 25 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.
2.1. The right to visit the Ice Rink is granted to persons who have paid for the service and received a special wristband.
2.2. The special wristband serves as an entrance ticket to the ice rink premises for using the rink services and skate locker.
2.3. Payment for ice rink services is accepted in both cash and non-cash forms, in the currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan – tenge. After payment is made, the cashier issues a cash register receipt to the visitor.

2.4. Skates are issued to visitors at the skate rental point on a first-come, first-served basis. Intentional damage to rink property results in immediate compensation at market value. The visitor bears property liability for damage caused by their fault.
2.5. Exchange of skates for a different size is available within 10 minutes from the time of skate issuance.
2.6. By purchasing a ticket and entering the ice rink premises, the visitor automatically agrees to comply with these Rules and Conditions for visiting the ice rink, and bears full responsibility for violating the established Rules and current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.7. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the Complex administration reserves the right to remove the violator from the ice arena beyond the rink premises without refunding previously paid funds.
2.8. Each visitor has the opportunity to be on the ice surface during public skating hours or rink operating hours.
2.9. Minor children must be accompanied by legal guardians.
2.10. The Complex administration informs that while on the ice rink located on the premises of Park Resort “Eight Lakes” Country Club, each guest bears personal responsibility for their health and the health of persons accompanying them.
2.11. Visitors must leave the rink premises before its official closing time.
3.1. In order to maintain public order on the ice rink premises, the Administration denies access to the ice rink premises to:
3.1.1. persons with cold steel or firearms (including gas, nerve agent, traumatic, pneumatic, explosive weapons, stun guns, aerosol canisters, etc.);
3.1.2. persons with toxic and/or poisonous substances and gases;
3.1.3. persons with narcotic and toxic substances;
3.1.4. persons whose behavior clearly shows signs of alcohol, drug, or other intoxication, as well as persons with clearly aggressive and/or inappropriate behavior;
3.1.5. persons with pets;
3.1.6. persons consuming alcoholic beverages on the ice rink premises;
3.1.7. persons attempting to bring alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages onto the ice rink premises;
3.2. It is strictly prohibited to:
3.2.1. enter the ice surface in shoes;
3.2.2. enter the ice with sleds or snow tubes;
3.2.3. sit on the ice arena boards;
3.2.4. enter the ice surface if pregnant, or with a child in arms or with a stroller;
3.2.5. enter the ice while intoxicated, smoke, or consume alcoholic beverages;
3.2.6. be on the ice during resurfacing;
3.2.7. play hockey or other games that interfere with safe skating;
3.2.8. perform complex figure skating elements;
3.2.9. be outside designated visitor areas during public skating sessions, including in technical (service) passages (rooms);
3.2.10. throw various objects onto the ice;
3.2.11. visitors are strictly prohibited from creating dangerous situations on the rink (jumping, pushing, skating in a “train” or against the established direction of movement, playing games such as hockey, tag, and others that create obstacles to comfortable and safe recreation for rink visitors, as well as skating with sticks and long objects);
3.2.12. use flares, signal rockets, or pyrotechnic devices;
4.1 The Ice Rink administration is not liable to visitors for harm caused to the life and/or health of visitors as a result of visitors violating the Rules established on the Ice Rink premises;
4.2. The Ice Rink administration is not liable for the safety of visitors’ belongings, except in cases where the Ice Rink administration accepts items for safekeeping under written acknowledgment.
4.3. Visitors independently bear the risks of adverse consequences caused by violation of the recommendations and prohibitions in effect on the Ice Rink premises.
4.4. The Ice Rink administration reserves the right to refuse service to a Guest without stating reasons.
