Pedal Boat Rides

1. Before boarding the boat/pedal boat, put on life jackets and ensure the vessel is in good condition (no leaks), and that a life ring, bailer, first aid kit, etc. are present.
2. Boarding the boat/pedal boat is permitted only at the dock with the assistance of an instructor, and no more than 2 adults and 2 children.
3. Board the boat/pedal boat carefully, stepping in the middle of the bottom. Sit on the benches evenly distributed across the boat/pedal boat.
4. At the end of the ride, you must dock at the pier and exit the boat/pedal boat one at a time with the assistance of an instructor.
5. In case of sudden weather changes (rain, fog, strong wind, etc.), riders must immediately return to the pier.
6. Only guests who are about to depart/dock are permitted on the floating pier. Other guests must wait their turn on the concrete pier.

· Children under 3 years of age in the boat/pedal boat.

· Use of the rental by persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

· Removing life jackets while in the boat/pedal boat.

· Splashing, colliding with each other. Swimming and diving from the boat/pedal boat.

· To avoid tilting, sitting on the side, standing up, or moving around the boat/pedal boat while it is in motion.

· Operating the boat/pedal boat by persons under 16 years of age without adult supervision.

· Docking at the shore, disembarking or boarding passengers from the shore.

· Approaching the shore, specifically closer than 10 meters to fishing piers.

· Consuming alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. Littering, bringing snacks into the pedal boat.

· In case of violation of the rules, guests may be denied service and their access to the Country Club premises will be terminated without refund of any fees paid by the guest.
