1.1. The Country Club “Eight Lakes” offers you a new leisure destination within our Complex – the Thermal SPA.
Before visiting our Thermal SPA, you should carefully read a series of rules and regulations established in the Thermal SPA, compliance with which is a mandatory condition for visiting the Thermal SPA.
1.2. We inform you that a video surveillance system operates on the territory of the Thermal SPA.
1.3. We inform you that these Rules have been developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their content supplements the norms of Chapter 25 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.

2.1. The right to visit the Thermal SPA is granted to persons who have paid for the service and received a special electronic bracelet. The electronic bracelet serves as an admission ticket to the Thermal SPA for using the pools, sauna (bathhouse) services, and as a key to a personal locker.
The electronic bracelet is the property of the Thermal SPA and must be returned to the Thermal SPA Administration upon exiting the Thermal SPA territory (before crossing the turnstile).
Payment for Thermal SPA services is accepted both in cash and cashless, in the currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan – tenge. After payment, the cashier issues a fiscal receipt to the guest.
The guest signs a document approved by the Thermal SPA Administration, the upper part of which remains with the Guest, and the lower part with the Thermal SPA Administration.
From the moment of purchasing a ticket and entering the Thermal SPA territory, the Guest automatically agrees to comply with the Rules and Conditions of visiting the Thermal SPA and bears full responsibility for violating the established Rules and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.2. The Guest is responsible for the safety of the electronic bracelet received upon entering the Thermal SPA and must present it upon any request from the Thermal SPA Administration. In case of loss of the bracelet, the Guest is obliged to pay the cost of the lost bracelet.
2.3. Children under 3 years old are not provided with a bracelet, as children may only visit the Thermal SPA when accompanied by adults.
2.4. The duration of stay in the Thermal SPA begins from the moment of passing through the turnstile with the electronic bracelet until it is returned at the reception desk or until the end of the Thermal SPA’s working day according to the approved operating hours.
2.5. After exiting the Thermal SPA, the Guest may re-enter the Thermal SPA zone only by making a new payment according to the approved tariff.
2.6. The Guest has the right to be on the territory of the Thermal SPA only during the working hours approved by the Thermal SPA Administration.

3.1. To maintain public order on the territory of the Thermal SPA, the Administration denies access to the Thermal SPA to:
3.1.1. persons with cold and firearms (including gas, nerve-paralytic, traumatic, pneumatic, explosive weapons, stun guns, aerosol cans, etc.);
3.1.2. persons with poisonous and/or toxic substances and gases;
3.1.3. persons with narcotic and toxic substances;
3.1.4. persons whose behavior clearly shows signs of alcoholic, drug, or other types of intoxication, as well as persons with clearly aggressive and/or inadequate behavior;
3.1.5. persons with visual signs of infectious diseases, in dirty and special work clothes, as well as persons whose appearance and actions violate generally accepted norms of morality, ethics, and decency operating on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3.1.6. persons with pets;
3.1.7. persons consuming alcoholic beverages in the Parking area of the SPA Center;
3.1.8. persons attempting to bring alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages into the Thermal SPA territory;
3.1.9. minors under the age of 18 without the accompaniment of legal representatives.
3.2. The Thermal SPA Administration strongly recommends the following dress code for Guests visiting the Thermal SPA:
– women should wear synthetic swimsuits,
– men should wear synthetic swimming trunks.
The use of cotton swimsuits is not permitted.
Guests with long hair must tie it up neatly.
3.3. For personal hygiene, Guests must use special rubber-soled footwear (slippers, swimming shoes, flip-flops) when moving around the Thermal SPA. Being on the Thermal SPA territory without special footwear/barefoot is prohibited.
3.4. To ensure personal safety, it is not allowed to use the Thermal SPA pools in swimsuits with belts, rivets, buckles, metal ornaments, with jewelry, etc.
A Guest may be denied access to the Thermal SPA if this clause of the Rules is violated.
3.5. Photo and video shooting for commercial purposes on the territory of the Thermal SPA is prohibited. The exclusive right to publish photo materials and broadcast videos taken in the Thermal SPA belongs solely to the Thermal SPA.
3.6. The Guest is obliged to comply with the requirements of the Thermal SPA staff regarding safety, order, and cleanliness on the territory.
3.7. For children under 6 (six) years old, swimming in thermal water above +35°C is strictly prohibited.
3.8. Children from 6 (six) to 12 (twelve) years old are allowed to swim in thermal water, but for no more than 10 (ten) minutes.
3.9. The stay of adults in thermal water should not exceed 20 (twenty) minutes.
3.10. Adults accompanying children are responsible for them while they are on the territory of the SPA Center.
3.11. When a child visits the Thermal SPA, parents or another accompanying person are responsible for the child’s health, behavior, and compliance with these Rules.
3.12. Guests with oncological, cardiovascular, and neuropsychiatric diseases, diseases of the spine and musculoskeletal system, as well as other medical contraindications, are prohibited from using the services of the Thermal SPA.
It is not recommended for persons with sensitive skin to visit the Thermal SPA. Persons with open wounds, infectious, skin, and other types of skin diseases are strictly prohibited from visiting the Thermal SPA.
3.13. Thermal SPA Guests who violate the established recommendations, prohibitions, and restrictions bear full responsibility for harm caused to their health and the health of other Guests, and also assume all risks associated with compensating third parties for harm caused by them.
3.14. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before visiting the Thermal SPA and only visit the sauna with a positive conclusion from a specialist.
3.15. Responsibility for health and for concealing the presence of contraindications to visiting the Thermal SPA rests entirely with the Guest.
3.16. Consumption of alcoholic beverages on the territory of the Thermal SPA is permitted only in specially designated areas.
3.17. It is forbidden to jump and dive into the water from the sides, hold each other underwater, shout, use acrobatic jumps, or hold breath underwater.
3.18. Fast walking and running on the territory of the Thermal SPA are prohibited to avoid falls and injuries.
3.19. Guests with cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases are prohibited from entering the pool water abruptly.
3.20. It is forbidden to chew gum in the pool while swimming, as this is very dangerous for your health.
3.21. It is forbidden to leave children unattended on the territory and in the pools of the Thermal SPA. The Administration is not responsible for children left unattended.
3.22. The use of sunscreens and tanning oils before and during swimming in the Thermal SPA is prohibited.
3.23. Smoking on the territory of the Thermal SPA is strictly prohibited.
3.24. It is forbidden to enter any technical and service premises of the Thermal SPA and to independently adjust any engineering and technical equipment. Guests who enter such premises bear full responsibility for malfunctions and accidents occurring in that area.
3.25. The Complex Administration is not responsible for weather conditions on the Complex territory. Each Guest must independently obtain information about the weather forecast via television, radio, internet, and/or other sources of information. In case of changing weather conditions, the amount paid for a ticket to the Thermal SPA is non-refundable.

4.1. After passing through the turnstile, the Guest must proceed to the changing room, leave outerwear in an individual locker, change into flip-flops and/or slippers (with rubber soles, place belongings in the locker, and close it).
4.2. The Thermal SPA Administration is not responsible for the safety of belongings in closed lockers, nor for belongings left in open lockers, in the changing room area, in showers, and in the Thermal SPA toilets.
4.3. In case of loss of the bracelet, the Guest must immediately notify the Thermal SPA Administration. In this case, the locker is opened by the Thermal SPA Administration in the presence of the Guest. For the loss of the bracelet, the Guest pays the established fine.
4.4. Before visiting the Thermal SPA zone, the Guest must take a shower using personal hygiene products. It is not allowed to use any glass items in the showers (dishes, washing and cosmetic products in glass containers, etc.) to avoid cuts.

5.1. The Guest is obliged to observe the specified safety measures and follow the instructions of the Instructors, as well as other Thermal SPA staff.
5.2. Thermal SPA equipment must be strictly used by the Guest in accordance with its intended purpose.
5.3. The Thermal SPA Administration is not responsible for injuries and damages sustained by the Guest as a result of non-compliance or improper compliance with safety rules when using Thermal SPA services and ignoring the Instructors’ instructions.

6.1. The Thermal SPA is not liable to the Guest for harm caused to the Guest’s life and/or health due to the Guest’s violation of the Rules established on the Thermal SPA territory.
6.2. The Thermal SPA is not responsible for the safety of the Guest’s belongings, except in cases where the Thermal SPA Administration accepts the Guest’s belongings for safekeeping, carried out under inventory.
6.3. The Guest independently bears the risks of adverse consequences caused by violating the Rules, recommendations, and prohibitions in force on the Thermal SPA territory.
6.4. The Thermal SPA Administration has the right to refuse service to a Guest without stating reasons.
