These Rules regulate the conduct of Guests on the Slide premises and supplement the General Rules of Conduct on the Complex’s territory.

1.1 The Country Club “Eight Lakes” offers you a winter slide. Before visiting the slide, you should carefully read the information regarding the Complex’s service for slide riding.
1.2 Each visitor has the opportunity to be on the Slide during mass riding hours established by the Complex, specifically from __h. to ___h.
1.3 We inform you that these Rules have been developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and supplement a number of norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2.1 The right to visit the Slide is granted to all guests of the Complex, subject to mandatory compliance with these rules of conduct on the winter slide.
2.2 Payment for equipment rental is accepted in cash or by cashless payment, in the currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan – tenge. After payment, the cashier issues a cash register receipt to the visitor.
2.3 Equipment is issued to visitors at the distribution point, on a first-come, first-served basis. Intentional damage by the Guest to the issued property entails immediate reimbursement of the market value of the damage. The Guest is liable for property damage caused to the Complex’s property due to their fault.
2.4 Equipment exchange is carried out within 10 minutes from the moment of its issuance.
2.5 From the moment of entering the Slide premises, the Guest automatically agrees to comply with these Rules and Conditions for visiting the Slide, and bears full responsibility for violating the established Rules and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.6 In case of non-compliance with these rules, the Complex administration has the right to remove the violator from the Winter Slide premises.
2.7 Minor children must be accompanied by their legal representatives.

The Complex administration informs that while on the Slide located on the territory of the Park Resort “Eight Lakes” Country Club, each guest bears personal responsibility for their health and the health of those accompanying them; legal representatives are responsible for minor children.
2.9
Guests must leave the Slide premises before its official closing time, after receiving appropriate notification from a Complex representative.

3.1 To maintain public order on the Complex’s territory, including the Slide, the Complex Administration conducts video surveillance.
3.2. The Complex Administration denies access to the Slide to:
3.2.1 persons with cold and firearms (including gas, nerve-paralytic, traumatic, pneumatic, explosive weapons, stun guns, aerosol cans, etc.);
3.2.2 persons with poisonous and/or toxic substances and gases;
3.2.3 persons with narcotic and toxic substances;
3.2.4 persons whose behavior clearly shows signs of alcoholic, narcotic, or other types of intoxication, as well as persons with clearly expressed aggressive and/or inadequate behavior;
3.2.5 persons with pets;
3.2.6 persons consuming alcoholic beverages on the ice rink territory;
3.2.7 persons attempting to bring alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages onto the ice rink territory;
3.3 Strictly prohibited:
3.3.1 Bringing drinks, food, or shopping bags onto the Slide premises.
3.3.2 Leaving the Slide premises with rented equipment.
3.3.3 Smoking on the entire Slide premises, except in specially designated areas. Tobacco products include Vape products, cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, hookahs, Iqos products, various electronic cigarettes, and others. For smoking on the snow slide, the administration may impose a fine for violating the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.3.4 Sliding down the hill before the previous rider has moved aside.
3.3.5 Crossing the ice track. Parents of a child are obliged to explain to the child before starting to slide that crossing the slide descent horizontally is not allowed. It is easy to slip on the ice and get under the feet of those sliding down.
3.3.6 Sliding backward or headfirst (on the stomach), and always looking forward, both when descending and ascending.
3.3.7 Pushing on the Slide and not observing the queue for sliding down the Slide is strictly prohibited.
3.3.8 Sliding down the Slide on foot, skis, snowboard, sleds, etc., except for snow tubes;
3.3.9 Consuming food and drinks in areas not specifically designated for this purpose.
3.3.10 Playing games that interfere with the comfortable and safe recreation of snow slide visitors.
3.3.11 Sliding on the Slide with animals.
3.3.12 Distributing various goods, leaflets, or conducting promotional activities for political or commercial purposes without coordination with the rink management.
3.3.13 Throwing various objects onto the Slide.
3.3.14 When ascending, it is necessary to stay far enough from the descent to avoid hitting those sliding down with your “transport,” and also to prevent those sliding down from hitting you and dragging you along.
3.3.15 Guests of the Slide are strictly prohibited from creating dangerous situations on the Slide (jumping, pushing, riding in a “train” or against the established direction of movement, playing games such as tag, chase, and others that interfere with the comfortable and safe recreation of slide visitors, as well as riding with sticks and long objects).

4.1 The Complex Administration is not responsible to visitors for harm caused to the life and/or health of visitors due to visitors violating the Rules established on the Winter Slide territory.
4.2 The Administration is not responsible for the safety of visitors’ belongings, except in cases where the Administration accepts them for safekeeping under inventory.
4.3 Visitors independently bear the risks of adverse consequences caused by violating the recommendations and prohibitions in force on the Slide territory.
4.4 The Ice Rink Administration has the right to refuse service to a Guest without stating reasons.
